Mike from K&S Masonry Restoration came to our house for a free estimate, he was on time and very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to repair our chimney from water leaking into the middle bedroom. The price was Reasonable for what had to be done. Gave us a data & time and was on time that day he gave us. Work was good, very clean and neat. We would recommend this company to others.

I don't know how to do the numbers but I have to because I am very happy with the service they gave me, they got my work done in a very short time.

Michael and his crew repointed our stone foundation. Our 80+ year old house had never been repointed, and the mortar was crumbling. Michael and team did an amazing job, and we’re incredibly happy with the results. Watching the crew made me appreciate how much skill it requires, and how it borders on an art form. K&S did a great job repointing our chimney. Michael was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, and went over and beyond to do the job right and at a fair price. We'll be having K&S back to do more work at our house in the future.

Couldn't have had a better experience! Mike returned my initial call within hours. A rarity these days. We had a safety issue at my elderly mother's house and he came out to give us an estimate and did the repairs in a super timely fashion. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, the price was extremely fair and his dedication to quality was far and above most contractors! Very professional. Would not hesitate a minute to use K&S again!!
